Engineering deep-dives, indie hacking journeys, and honest behind-the-scenes of building AI products as a solo developer.
I'm Divyanshu, and I've spent the last 12 years building software products across teams and fast-moving startups. In 2023, I left my role as VP of Engineering at a high-growth startup in Singapore to build my own products and document the journey on YouTube.
Since then, I've grown the channel to around 8K subscribers, worked with major sponsors, and shipped 10+ apps. Today I focus on AI coding, AI workflows, and agentic orchestration with OpenClaw.
A few of my iOS apps are already monetized, and now I'm building toward my next milestone: 100 apps in the next couple of years, documented at 100indiebets.com.
